Guidelines for oral presentations:

Oral presentations will be 15 min + 5 min for discussion.
Kindly bring your presentation (PowerPoint or PDF file) on a USB stick to the lecture room and download it to the computer, on the lunch or coffee break before your session at the latest.

Guidelines for poster presentations:

Size of the poster: vertical A0 paper (841 x 1189 mm). Your presentation proposals will be evaluated by Scientific Committee and authors will be informed by 15th May, 2017.

28th April 2017 - abstract deadline & end of early registration

15th May 2017 - presentation decision from organizers

15th July 2017 - end of registration

27th September 2017 - pre-conference field trip

28th to 30th September 2017 - X Baltic Theriological Conference

Language

The official language of the Conference will be English.

Methods of payment

After registration you will receive an invoice. All payments must be made in euros (EUR).
If you want the invoice in the name of your institution please let us know.
We expect to send out the invoices by the end of May 2017.

Cancellation

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the Conference Office before 15 August 2017. No fees will be refunded after this date. A processing fee of EUR 50 will be deducted from all refunds.

Letter of Invitation

Individuals requiring an official Letter of Invitation can send a request to the Conference Office. The Letter of Invitation does not financially obligate the organizers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the Conference are the sole responsibility of the attendee. We are able to provide official invitation letters to participants only when the following conditions are met:
- Participants are known to the given scientific community
- Participants have an accepted presentation in the conference
- Conference participation fee has been paid
- Participants can be verified to represent e.g. an internationally recognized organisation.
