The Estonian Theriological Society and University of Tartu are hosting an international scientific conference to discuss outstanding issues in mammalogy and related areas of scientific research.

The conference will bring together leaders in the field of mammalogy from the Baltic Sea region and adjacent areas.
We are looking forward to stimulating discussions and innovative thoughts in the conservation and management of mammals, and their interactions in ecosystem and with humans.

The conference will focus on three main topics:
invasive mammalian species,
large carnivores,
and zoonotic pathogens.

Presentations covering other mammalogy-related topics are also welcome.
