Register early to take advantage of the lower registration fees!
The fee covers scientific program, coffee breaks and Conference dinner. Note that registration for presentations is not possible after 28th of April, however, registration for participation is open until 15th of July.
The conference field trip is charged separately (50 EUR) and includes transportation and lunch.

Presentations

The abstracts will be presented as oral presentations or as posters.
You can mark your preferred mode of presentation on the registration form, but the final decision rests with the Scientific Committee.
Guidelines for oral presentations:
Oral presentations will be 15 min + 5 min for discussion.
Kindly bring your presentation (PowerPoint or PDF file) on a USB stick to the lecture room and download it to the computer, on the lunch or coffee break before your session at the latest.
Guidelines for poster presentations:
Size of the poster: vertical A0 paper (841 x 1189 mm). Your presentation proposals will be evaluated by Scientific Committee and authors will be informed by 15th May, 2017.

Workshops

In addition to regular abstracts, we also invite people to present inspiring ideas for workshops. Shortly describe the idea with 5-10 sentences and send to the e-mail address provided above by the end of April. However, if the idea is accepted, the applicant should be prepared to moderate the workshop: make a short introduction (5 min) to the subject and lead the discussion.
